Terms of Service – DailySpeak - AI Text to Speech
Welcome to DailySpeak (“we”, “our”, or “the App”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By continuing to use the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
DailySpeak is a text-to-speech and content reading application that provides the following features:
Convert text into spoken audio
Read PDF, web pages, and local files
Image-based text recognition (OCR) and speech output
Basic reading and voice control features
We may update, modify, or improve features over time.
2. Eligibility and Usage
By using the App, you confirm that:
You meet the minimum age requirement in your region
You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
You will comply with applicable laws and regulations while using the App
3. AI and Third-Party Services
Some features rely on external AI service providers.
User inputs (text, files, or images) may be temporarily sent to AI services for processing
Data is used only to fulfill the requested function
Data is not used for AI model training or advertising purposes
AI-generated results are provided for reference only and do not constitute professional advice
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the App
Abuse or excessively use AI or scanning features
Engage in any unauthorized data extraction or attacks
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

6. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services such as:
AI processing APIs
Cloud infrastructure providers
Analytics and crash reporting tools
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
7.Subscription & Payments
This app offers auto-renewing subscription services, including a monthly plan at 4.99/month and anannual plan at 39.99/year(with a 7-day free trial).
All payments are processed through the App Store's in-app purchase mechanism. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card number, billing address, or any payment information — these are managed directly by Apple.
You can manage your subscriptions, turn off auto-renewal, or request a refund at any time through your App Store account settings. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your subscription status is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server.
8.AI Chat
The AI Chat feature may send selected document content to cloud-based AI services for processing, in order to provide summarization, translation, or Q&A functionality.
Relevant text is not stored long-term on our servers after processing. Your chat history and AI-generated responses are kept locally on your device.
We do not use your uploaded document content or conversation history to train any AI models, nor do we sell or share your data with third parties. All data interactions are encrypted, and data is cleared from our servers once processing is complete.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete
The App does not provide professional advice (including legal, medical, or financial advice)
Users are responsible for how they interpret and use AI-generated results
10. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to:
Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
Suspend or terminate services when necessary
Restrict access for users who violate these Terms
11. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (including software, design, branding, and features) is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or this document. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated Terms.
